Practica el arte de no hablar. Toma un día a la semana para abstenerte de hablar o por lo menos algunas horas en el día, según lo permita tu organización personal.
Tu silencio interno te vuelve impasible. Haz regularmente un ayuno de la palabra para volver a educar al ego que tiene la mala costumbre de hablar todo el tiempo.

CARTA DEL DÍA — SIETE DE BASTOS

Convicción en lo que estemos haciendo. ¿Estamos en el lugar que queremos? ¿Qué ideas o ideales estamos sosteniendo? ¿Vale la pena? El 7 de bastos muestra nuestros miedos pero nos dice que estamos en posición de vencerlos. Es una carta que anuncia la llegada de cosas positivas en un futuro no muy lejano pero advierte que, antes de entrar en una nueva acción, reflexionemos durante unos minutos para ver en dónde estamos parados.
